so basically I’m talking to someone new but I’m struggling with avoidant attachment as well as some anxiety. i feel like i have a fear of letting people too close. if anyone has been through the same issue or had any advice regarding avoidant attachment issues I’d really appreciate it <3

I am in a bad place with that because of guys like me but I just can't picture myself with anyone else and I feel sick to my stomach if I think of doing anything serial or even cuddling with someone else
