I broke no contact on the 15th to wish my ex a happy birthday, and ironically both of our birthdays are in the month of December. Apart of me hopes that he'll wish me a happy birthday on the 22 but at the same time I really don’t want him too for fear of how that'd screw with my head. And yet I still kind of want it to have some kind of proof that he still cares about me. It's embarrassing.
