sometimes saying your last piece isn’t about them responding right. it’s about you not carrying it into the next chapter. when i finally said what i needed to say, the quiet after was painful but also… lighter.

i unloaded my heart hoping for accountability and got silence instead, while he moved on smiling with someone new. that part really HURT. it felt so unfair
i am a guy and nothing hurts more than seeing our exes move on. start dating. but not out of revenge. search for something makes you happy and take your time making sure that he is a good guy
I like to say to myself, what he does after the relationship has nothing to do with my worth and the love I gave, dont keep looking into if he's happy or not like if you still care sm because it'll just hurt you and reset your healing. I hope your healing in 2026 goes well🤍
