So I didn't delete the chat but you know she blocked me and she turned into Instagram user, but every now and then I can see her profile pic and her name instead of that and then it goes back into Instagram User after a while, is this her unblocking me to check my reposts?

it does like make me hope for her back but I wouldn't really accept her right now, I wonder why'd she stalk me tho

Yeah, she is most likely stalking you on insta so she blocks you so you won't know it's her, but then unblocks you when she is done. I hope this helped!
