ummm so I might delete the app. We met up last night and ended up staying 8 hours together talking and smoking etc he apologized for everything. we laughed, we cried. it was a really good time. we agreed not to get back together yet because we have a lot to work on individually but there's definitely a possibility we'll get back together. that's only IF he proves things will be different this time.

did you both agree on what “different this time” actually means, or is it still kind of vague
sounds like a good night, but keeping boundaries and focusing on yourself first usually helps. don’t lose your own pace for him
i stayed in touch with my ex “just to see if things would change” and it only messed with my head
Be careful and don't get your hopes up.
