When we first broke a girl was stalking my Instagram. That girl block me , when I told him about this girl at first he told me lies as usual and after a while he told that they had something back at 2020. I think this was a lie and apparently was his new girlfriend (a week after our break up). Three months after this girl unblock me so I decided to unblock him. a few days later he blocked me from Instagram. Why he did that?

do you feel like him blocking you hurt more because it felt sneaky, or because it reopened the wound of him moving on so fast?
from my experience, blocking like that is usually about them avoiding guilt or accountability, not about you. when i stopped trying to decode his actions, my nervous system finally calmed down a bit. not easy though
the same weird block unblock dance when he moved on fast. it messed with my head so bad. it felt like he was hiding something AND still wanting control. that confusion hurts
he loves her she's the main girlfriend of his usually men after spending 3 months of acting they collapse eventually and get back with the girl they love i am sorry girl that's the harsh truth but hey it's the truth tho try to move on he's a cheater
