So I used a different WhatsApp to text him to propose love to him then I broke up with him.I know I found out that he already knew it was me that's why he played along and now he has blocked me on every platform.But the different number I used has not been blocked by him so I don't whether to say I'm sorry to him or I should let him go?

it will stir up more confusion
sometimes letting go quietly is better than reopening old wounds. an apology is nice, but only if it won’t drag you both back into hurt.
i’ve done something similar used a burner number to reach out and got ghosted after… i felt SO conflicted too. you’re not alone in this.
is really hard to do that
let him go, and try to see the block as a gift, don't try to talk to him, take all your energy to yourself, your hobbies and your goals
