everytime 😭😭 I want to study bcz of exam but after seeing her , my focus hust fucked up
try taking deep breaths and grounding yourself when you see her. small steps help calm the chaos inside.
i am stuck between should I move on or wait . she has done that thing I can't accept her again she destroyed everything 😔

I understand, don't stress, it hasn't been enough time to heal, you need to let time heal your wounds, remember no wound heals if you keep sticking your finger in it, go on with your life and do that which makes you happy
I can totally relate. I do the exact same thing when I see him. We need to remain strong and every day will hopefully get easier.

@JoyGiver701 I took my ex back and we were together another 5 months. slowly all the issues were back and he started blaming me again for everything. I was the only one engaging in keeping things going. their words are just words but actions speak volumes. move on, I promise it's for the best. I know it hurts now but it will get easier. Block her in return and delete her number. You are stronger than you know and deserve peace. sending virtual hugs 🫂
