today when I was working I got an notification from Snapchat where someone wanted to befriend whit me but I searched his name on Instagram and I saw that the boy who broke things up whit me is friends whit him and I don't know what I should do because what if he wants to keep a check on me trough his friends.

after my breakup, random friend requests connected to my ex used to freak me out. i kept thinking they were watching me through other people. that paranoia is so real after feeling emotionally unsafe.
exactly and now a couple of days later another one of his friend send me a following request like why does this keep happening
then don't accept it and live in peace
