when you kept seeing his name today, did it make you miss him more, or did it just leave you feeling unsettled and stuck?
It made me miss him😅
once something matters, you notice it everywhere. it didn’t mean anything bad was coming back, even though it felt spooky
i swear after my breakup his name followed me everywhere. apps, shows, random signs. it felt cruel, like the universe was messing with me when i was already fragile.
yesterday was the first time I saw his name everywhere. It made me miss him, I won't lie.
but you appear to have gotten through it
not really but i'm just trying my best to keep myself busy with life.
I still get sad sometimes knowing that he used to mean something to me.
@EpicJourney that's normal, you're human so you will still feel sad on some days. different things will trigger a memory and pull you back into that headspace...but we continue to ride the waves
