today is my second almost thirt time of not contacting him, and sometimes it really gets though to not end up texting him. but most important thing that I did learn in these almost 3 days is that I was starting to get my hopes up whit when we were still texting and that I wanted him to be a beter person the second time and he was but the thing was it didn't last he only did it the first couple of weeks and now I'm starting to know that he didn't actually want me but only to fill up a hole

when you feel the urge to text him, what are you hoping he’ll say or do in that moment? like what part of you is trying to be soothed
I just hope that he would say sorry to me for hurting me twice in quick succession and that he would realize what he did wrong
three days is actually HUGE, even if it doesn’t feel like it.
i did almost the same thing, stayed “friends,” kept texting, convincing myself the second time would be different. it was for like… two weeks. then i realized i wasn’t being chosen, i was being used to fill a gap. that realization hurt more than the breakup itself
that's the same thing he did like he was playing whit my feelings and I was letting him and I feel so stupid for it

you're doing awesome, I deleted his number and blocked him on everything. that helped a lot. I want you to be able to heal and find yourself again. I know that's the last thing you want to hear, but it's true
