I think it helps me in a good way..
obsessing over last seen, replaying every āhe saw i was onlineā moment in my head. it messed with my nervous system bad. i wasnāt even living, just monitoring myself so i wouldnāt ālook desperate.ā that part really HURT

Take a social media break until you feel like you've healed enough not to worry about his presence on social media.

@WavyGals164 It will be like that. I started writing it all down in a journal. I started reading. We all gotta find something to keep those thoughts from consuming us.
@WavyGals164 You could always restrict him too. I think that stops him from seeing anything right?
