okay today is almost my fourth day and im really happy about that because I'm finally starting to realize that I can live without him and don't need a boy to tell me he thinks im pretty and the one. But today I was scrolling on TikTok and I know he follows my account but I do t follow his but just a couple of hours ago I saw that he watched my account and I thought why is he such a boy for still have a need to wacht me trough something else why can't he just be a man and leave me alone like a was finally starting to get somewhere and boom he pop's back up because I kinda forgot that he follows me

it brought back a little bit of anger because he didn't want me so why you watching me
i finally felt strong and then saw my ex watching my stories and it knocked the air out of me. that “why are you still here” feeling is so real
If you don't want him to look at your account I'll suggest you to block him. You can't control if he will stalk you, but you can control if you want him to have access to XYZ account or not. If you don't want him then blocking will prevent it.
