he asked for a break up after 3 years relationship? and when I approached them we dealt to make it break only till finals end . he is medical student . will he be back after finals ? he is an avoidant after stress nor fully avoidant .
he doesn’t break no contact ( broke only to send letter in new year and to reply to my story saying he is proud ) but then he is very very distant although he is online all day .

finals made everything quieter but not clearer.
i dated an avoidant med student too, and stress flipped a switch in him. the distance while still watching stories drove me insane. it felt like hope crumbs, not presence

my avoidant broke up with me and we went nc for 4 months. he then came back claiming he loved and missed me. we jumped back in and now 5 months later it's over. I'm grateful for the 5 months and now know we aren't meant to be. please be cautious as his behavior never changed and all my insecurities returned tenfold. enjoy your break, grow and maybe you won't want him back
