Should I change my NC?
hey, so I need a small advice
My ex and I don't talk but he do send me snaps sometimes and like we are on good terms after break up
and tbh I'm healing now
and he sent me a snap, a random bon fire snap to which I sent a snap to him, of my coffee
should I change my NC?
Btw this happened yesterday

from my experience, if you’re finally feeling like you’re healing, that’s fragile and precious. i didn’t change NC over small snaps, i treated them like noise. it helped me stay grounded instead of spiraling

my ex used to send random snaps too, sunsets, coffee, nothing said but EVERYTHING implied. it messed with my head because i thought i was healing, but those tiny pings kept the door cracked open

like..it's not like there was any toxicity between or smtg
but yeah it sometimes make me miss us again
I guess no you don't need to change it but being on good terms doesn't need Texteingabe or sending snaps ,you don't have to send snaps to each other to prove that you are in good terms .you can forgive each other and respect each other without texting
