I broke up after eight months with her because I wasn't exclusive in her life (she had two boyfriends 🙄) and I felt that this won't change.
Do you have any advice for me? I'm wondering what I should do to stop searching for a new replacement who makes me feel valuable and loved. The feeling that I need this is currently keeping me lonely within my own four walls, and I can't develop myself this way. In addition, I have a strong urge to contact my ex again—I won't get a commitment, but I'll get the feeling that someone wants me.

i kept chasing attention from someone toxic just to feel wanted, and it only left me emptier. it sucks, but recognizing it is the first step
remember the feeling tht ur ex wants u is only temporary. u deserve better. and u can do a better job at making ur ownself feel valuable and loved better then anyone. we tend to look for someone else to make us happy. I realize I'm the only one tht can make me happy.
