a dear members of my family got arested 5 days ago and his lawyer wants more money .He is innocent but we need money to let him out .my exes brother is a police man who can help us .can I Brake no contact and call him for help ( it didn't end well )

I swear I was patient for the past two weeks .I resist myself. In fact,i called him yesterday for 7 Minutes and we didn't talk about our relationship we only talked about the member of my family .and he said he will try his best. after that I 'll try to never break the no contact
