I think that the fact that we don't keep in touch doesn't mean as much to him as it does to me.
Today I came across a tiktok he reposted that said: "oh to have a nerdy girlfriend".
It hurts to think that what we went through wasn't really as important to him as it was to me.
This could be only my overthinking but it is still hurting.

when you see posts like that, is it the nostalgia you miss, or the feeling of being valued that stings the most?
I would say the nostalgia and the feeling that we were enough for eachother.
overthinking is brutal, but it’s also just your heart trying to make sense of loss.
i’d replay little posts, comments, or shares from my ex and it’d hit like a knife. what felt huge to me barely seemed to register for him
