you know we broke up exactly 5 months ago, but we tried talking again in December we broke up in August and I could tell he changed. He wasn’t the same guy that I met the same guy that would hold the door for me or bring me flowers or kiss me and tell me everything was gonna be OK or hold me in his arms. He was just cold , heartless and distant, but somewhere in between their he made me feel like he would stay and that we were gonna get back together little did I know he was back with his ex so I found out and I texted her and told her that we were talking and everything and he wouldn’t have wanted to get back together. and she still got with him she blocked me and he blocked me on everything and you know no matter what I do is this thing in my heart that won’t go away no matter what I’m doing it’s their 24 seven I don’t know to do it hurts so bad

reconnecting and realizing she was colder, different, almost unrecognizable. i was given hope too while she was already halfway gone. finding out about the ex felt like my chest caved in

@FunkWave745 yes, but it will take time. The more you keep talking to him, the longer it will take to heal. No contact is a must for your own sanity.
