he logged into my instagram account this morning and 2 hours ago. hes the one who lost feelings and wanted to break up because he resents me for stuff. why did he do this if he told me he feels nothing towards me and wanted me gone so bad and not to try and fix the relationship?

did he ever do this kind of thing during the relationship, checking up or crossing boundaries when he felt insecure or resentful?
he always had my instagram account. we never broke up or took breaks we quickly made up. this is the first time we actually just never made up.
this hurt to read because that whiplash is brutal.
