did it feel like genuine care, or more like pressure on you to change? trying to understand how you felt in that moment
i felt upset in the moment in general because he tells me maybe in the future he will come back then at the same time he might not. i want to change and i already have made progress. i dont know how he felt saying it to me either.
that kind of talk is so tricky it’s easy to want to wait and change yourself
what should i do?
someone dangling hope like that is heartbreaking. i kept waiting for my ex to “feel better” and it just kept me stuck in pain.
never wait on him, most of the time they don’t change or come back and getting your hopes up and then maybe getting disappointed again will hurt so bad so just be like ,,if he comes back, he will and we’ll see and if he doesn’t i will be fine either way” like move on either way
meaning i also have to wait months. or he can just never come back. nobody knows…
