so this was the last message she sent me, throughout the breakup she said it hurt to leave her and she genuinely showed she cares, I broke contact a few times and now I’m blocked on everything
does she not care anymore and has moved on or has she blocked me to kind of protect her peace and help herself heal?

when you broke no contact, was it usually after something emotional hit you hard? like missing her, guilt, panic. or was it more casual check-ins?

from where i’m sitting, blocking doesn’t automatically mean she stopped caring. sometimes it’s the only way to stop reopening the wound.
my ex cried while leaving me, said it broke her heart, said she still cared. then a week later i was blocked everywhere. i spiraled thinking “wow guess none of it was real.” later i realized she did care. she just couldn’t keep healing and bleeding at the same time. both things can exist, and that messed me up for a while
