did it hurt more that he moved on fast, or that his sister was telling you one thing while doing another behind your back? because that part would’ve BROKEN me
@AshNote both , it hurt knowing i was crying to his sister about him meanwhile she had been setting him up with her best friend but also that he moved on so fast
this kind of thing usually messes with my head the most when i keep replaying the timeline.
oh god, i went through something stupidly similar. ex swore he “couldn’t move on,” his friends fed me that same story, then boom… he’s suddenly with someone from his inner circle. it felt like the whole relationship got erased overnight. the rage, the betrayal, the WHAT DID I DO WRONG spiral. yeah. i know that hell
