i remember asking this exact thing on day 2 for me it got harder before it got better. like waves. some days felt okay, then BOOM i was wrecked again. didn’t mean i was going backwards.

it's hard because we got used to them being there by our side and little by little you realized that they're gone. You no longer have the company you used to every day, but even if it's slow, even if you're not sure where your path is leading. slowly but surely it will get better. It will be better, not now but soon. You don't have to rush everything. taking a small step at a time is better than being stuck at the past that will keep hurting at breaking you (english is not my 1st language :])

I‘m on day 10.. what should I say.. we are still friends. he ended it 2 weeks ago. It got worse.. I was in denial and we spend this week together I tried so hard to get him
