does no contact really work? my wife left me so she could further her “career” on Onlyfans/sugar dating. she has untreated BPD and we share a 5yo son together. married for 4 years, together for 10. every time I found out about a sugar daddy, I reacted very angrily and distructive (broke a table/some plates/her lingerie). there is enough damage that she has done to me that most people would have left a long time ago. we’re still married with no plans of divorce yet. I’m still painfully in love and attached to her. paid money for “win her back” sites and coaching. I’m on day two of no contact. wondering if anyone here has been in similar situations?
