Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Today is my Day 20 of no contact and also my 28th birthday. Everyday since my no contact with my ex, I have waited for this day if he will be reaching out to me or greeting me a happy birthday. But today, I just want to stop being anxious about it. i know that anxious waiting feeling. it’s exhausting.
i spent my 27th refreshing my phone all day on no contact day 15, pretending i didn’t care if he’d text. birthdays hit different. i’m really proud of you for choosing peace on YOUR day 😭❤️ day 20 is no joke.
