I’m fighting the urge to text her “good night” right now. Deep down I know I shouldn’t it would probably just send me spiraling again. Still the urge is strong and I needed to put it into words.

is it more about missing her specifically, or missing having someone to say goodnight to? those feel similar but hit different.
I know how that feels😭😭I've been fighting the urge to leave him with just one missed call in hopes that he'll call back and lol crazy enough I don't even know what I'll say or do should he call back. I just miss speaking to him,I miss his voice.
staring at my phone at night, typing “goodnight” and deleting it like 6 times it feels so small but it’s not. it’s habit, comfort, missing him all wrapped in one text. i used to spiral every time i gave in. so yeah… i feel this hard
