i won’t tell you to stop missing him. of course you do. but when i was at day 30, i kept reminding myself that every urge i didn’t act on was me choosing my dignity.
i used to write texts in my notes app during no contact instead of sending him. whole paragraphs. “i miss you” over and over. 30 days felt like 300. praying instead of reaching out? i did that too. just hoping somehow they’d feel me missing them. it’s such a quiet kind of heartbreak
May i know the story to why you sperated?
He cheated and lied to me multiple times. He did not treat me right. He is an avoidant. He always pushes me away. He never makes an effort to fix our problem. And he told me he does not want to change for me.
