Ex Bday Triggering
His birthday is in 5 days and it is becoming more and more difficult to not reach out. I am trying to just get through it and hope that after his birthday the urge goes away, however this is so hard.
I started the no contact and was good for 3
I started the no contact and was good for 3.5 weeks, and then I broke it. We got back together, and it lasted 2 months and now I’m starting no contact all over. 5 days in and it feels like forever!
