Author

I was in a relationship for four years and yes she loved me like anything I too loved her and I still do but the problem which led to our breakup is that I disrespected her multiple times I ignored her out of my own insecurity now she have left me and I have realised now how much I need her in my life how much I love her
my stomach burns chest pains all the time cause all the time there's a thinking in my head she will be with someone else now someone else will marry her hold her hands kiss her and this fact is killing me I m just going mental now I don't know what should I do what should I do I m not able help myself anymore

are you hurting more because you lost her, or because you know you didn’t treat her the way you wish you had?

i’m gonna be real with you, i had to stop chasing them in my head and start fixing what caused me to act that way. the guilt doesn’t go away overnight, but working on myself was the only thing that made it quieter.

this is true ... heartbreak causes real physical pain. hope you feel better soon.

i pushed someone away because of my own insecurity too and only realized what i had after it was gone. that feeling of replaying everything and knowing you messed up… it really eats at you
