imma keep it short. Met this girl over summer she bartends. We vibed, hooked up, talked feelings but she wanted to be single take time for herself. No hard feelings tho we stayed friends. But like sometimes she’d cross boundaries and we’d end up hooking up again. I liked her thought she liked me too. Just tried to give her space ya know? But recently I feel like the chemistry’s kinda fading.
So Thursday I go in to give her a gift and outta nowhere her new man walks in. I was lowkey crushed. Sent her a couple messages asking if we could talk about it and she apologized understood why I was upset and said we could meet. Friday morning I sent a quick apology saying I was emotional and that I’d be alright. Haven’t texted her today but I usually go in when she’s closing the bar.
Think I should go tonight? Maybe get some answers and just move on? I don’t think it’d be weird I just wanna clear the air.

you’ve been ignoring her vibes.. she straight up told you she’s not into a relationship.. y’all hooking up sometimes made it a situationship.. now you know she’s got a bf.. so why not just leave it.. you’ve always been in the friend zone anyway.. just stay there.

Yeah so this was back in the summer. One night she brought it up said she wanted to be single and I was chill with it we agreed to just be friends. I kept going in no awkward vibes or anything but then she started crossing her own boundaries and leading me on again. My main thing is if I respected her space and was cool why make moves if she wanted to stay single?
