I've gotten used to checking his messages every single day multiple times a day. it's day 2 of no contact. I've been trying to keep myself busy so I don't get the urge to check, but all the moments in between I've been cycling through my other apps and hobbies... its hard when you created so much space for someone and now they're not in your life anymore

I hope you feel better soon.Keep at it , trust me it gets better soon.Priortizing yourself again is a process but it can take place, just stay at it
You're rewiring your heart and mind to prioritize your well being that's a huge step forward, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet.
Those moments of missing them are natural but they're also proof of how deeply you cared. You’ll carry that love into the amazing person you’re becoming.
You're teaching yourself to let go, and that takes incredible strength. Keep going, even when it feels hard you deserve this peace.
It's tough when someone has been such a big part of your life but remember this space you're creating is for you. It's where your peace and growth begin.
You're so strong for even starting no contact. Day by day you're building yourself back up and it's okay to feel the heaviness right now it means you're healing.
stay strong. as more time goes by you will feel stronger.
It's understandable that old habits linger, especially when someone held such a significant place. Use this time to reinvest that energy back into yourself and watch new growth blossom. Every moment you resist is a victory.👍🤗
It's ok to miss them. It is ok to cry. It's ok to feel the way you are feeling. This pain you are feeling is akin to an actual physical ache or pain. So don't be hard on yourself. You are doing great even though it is hard. Take care of yourself. Sending healing vibes your way ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
