I made it to 9 days of no contact. but its getting harder and harder and i hate being home alone. I just want him back, all I want is for him to say he needs space or something to reassure me. this silence is the worst. rainy days dont help either. I just wanna break no contact but I know he wont answer 😢😔💔 he made me happy but I guess i didnt make him happy..

Hey the biggest difficulty after a break up is filling up the loneliness and the emptiness.and yes in the beginning it can be haunting but eventually as the time passes and you learn to keep yourself happy trust me this loneliness will be a boon to you.As for now don't be so harsh on yourself and If you feel that breaking no contact won't be helpful than rather stick to it and try if you can go out and meet new people

Take it one day at a time .. if you know he won't answer it is most important that you hang in there. Don't give in. you will just hurt yourself all over again. if reconciliation is possible that would be great but I see that uve tried and he is not coming back so just hold on to your no contact..a day at a time.
