i’m in the same position as you but i’m on my 17th day. Right now the best thing you can do is to give them space and go no contact. it’s what i’m doing. Use no contact to focus on yourself and become the best version of yourself. If it was true love it will eventually come back. And don’t feel like a loser for crying and showing your emotions cause i know how you feel, let it all out. If you need more tips you can search some videos on youtube cause they really helped me to focus on the whole no contact thing. Go no contact, let both of you heal, respect her space, and focus on yourself for now. Silence is your biggest friend now. Hope this helps to feel you better <3
