I feel like I am going to breach no contact?

i remember wanting so badly to break no contact just to hear something, anything. it felt unbearable not knowing, but silence was still an answer.

i used to make excuses like that for my ex too. i told myself he just needed space, but he was already with someone else. i hated how blind i was.

i think you should take your time to reflect if it's worth to break no contact or is just going to mess up with you

I did it at the start and even though I felt like it helped in the moment it always made me cry harder after and wish I never did it stick to choosing urself everyday and knowing that u gave them everything u could and if they couldn’t handle that or appreciate that then there’s always someone else out there for u that u don’t have to beg to give u everything u need and cherish u the way u deserve

yaa it can be somebody else !! and I was also doing the same I really breaching no contact but later on I got to know if I make my self convinced that I m not gonna contact him slowly day by day it works
