Yesterday, I saw he posted he is on a vacation with another woman he bought her flowers and gifts mind you he never did that for me and what hurts the most is that we never broke up we are still dating, I drank calming pills and they were not working I ended up overdosing now I’ve been hospitalised, he called me and I told him I was at the hospital he just said “sorry bye” he never called again. I am really going through a lot

Block him absolutely everywhere! but because of you, not him. take your time and trust me, in first is kind of difficult not to watch his posts, followers etc. but after a week you will be detoxed! you cannot heal if you're hurting yourself like that everyday. tik tok is full of great reels about post breakup, no contact advices so delete Instagram, snap, fb, block him on viber, wapp and regular number and keep only tiktok. detox girl! choose your award after one week of this kind of no contact so you can have something to motivate you. xoxo
