what usually makes you reply again — is it missing him or just the guilt that comes after ignoring?
what helped me was muting the chat or deleting the thread for a bit. out of sight makes it easier to breathe and think before reacting.
why don’t you block him atleast until u get the strength no to reply anymore
that feeling when you know you shouldn’t reply but your heart keeps itching to. i used to pray for the strength to just let the message sit there unread it gets easier, slowly.
