so i blocked him on instagram only just the other day because i find myself checking his profile every day and it messes with my head. i have him unblocked on other apps. i’m curious to ask that is there a chance of them coming back when you block him on one app but not on others? what if he never wants to reach out again? he still checks my tt profile but what if it’s over for good?

Hi! I've returned. Just remember your worth. It's not worth the struggle, emotional toll, and mental health drain. Just let things ride out, and if it's truly meant to be, it will happen. A person that loves you is not meant to be hurting you physically or emotionally. I also had an obsession with checking his profile, so I blocked him and changed his contact to "do not reply". There's a reason no contact was started, and if he truly wants to reach out, he will.

Keep him blocked. Checking his profile won't help. You seem like you want him back, but is it worth it?
