how did you find out he cheated? sometimes the way we find out messes us up just as much as the cheating itself.
blocking was the right move. it’s gonna feel awful for a while but at least now the bleeding can stop. what helped me was writing down everything i wish i could say to him, then deleting it. felt like taking my power back a bit.
i found out he was seeing someone else behind my back. that kind of betrayal cuts deep, especially when you gave them your whole heart. i remember feeling sick for weeks. you’re not crazy for still hurting
I get it. But hey, you're still here. There is someone way better out there for you just waiting to meet you! I know you can't see it now. And that's okay! Give yourself time to be sad. The best medicine to sadness, is not ignoring it.
