so i checked his instagram and saw his following went up by 1. he followed back the girl that used to like him. she didn’t even follow him back lol. is he in the distraction phase? i thought it’d hurt a lot more when i saw that but i find it rather funny instead. like how much female validation do you need

I think that justtt might be the clearance you needed. Move on and eventually he'll realize what he lost. You deserve so much better. (I learned my own lesson from the same guy).

a brief annoyance. then it was quickly replaced with amusement. that alone tells me he’s not the person i thought he was and i can move on with ease
my ex did the same...he started following his old crush who i had asked him to unfollow..and many other girls.
sometimes noticing stuff like this doesn’t hurt as much because your brain is slowly distancing from the obsession. just keep observing, don’t let it pull you back in emotionally.
