my ex has hurt me a lot but for some reason i am afraid to heal, because i know once i heal i wont want to get back together and that will hurt him and i don’t want to see him hurt. I know i sound stupid but can’t help it.

I am over feeling sorry for my ex old man- He would use that alot throughout the relationship whenever love bombs backfired he would hook me with his health and always reel me in just to toss me away again. I truly think he got off on hurting my feelings. His feelings are dead to me now.
