do you feel like you’re looking for closure when you check her page, or is it more about missing the connection?
i used to do this too kept checking his page even when it hurt. for me it was like i was searching for answers that weren’t even there. took me a long time to stop.
it’s a different level of pain when you stalk them and find something you aren’t supposed to. try to master the law of detachment. for a minute or two, tell yourself you don’t care(even if you do) remind yourself why things ended the way they did. the urge will still hit at random times but if you keep this up you’ll eventually forget to check
