we talked 8 days ago and he rubbed it o. my face
jealousy hits deep, i get it. what helped me was reminding myself my feelings are valid and letting myself grieve instead of comparing
easier said then done especially with his smear of my character
i was obsessed with how my ex moved on and it crushed me, felt like my whole world shattered while theirs kept spinning

I completely understand this, he said I was irrelevant and moved on before I could even process what happened. the best thing to do is to find yourself without him. going back to my old routine without him in it helped me out a little more as I grow more and more used to not having him as part of my life. if he acts like you were nothing to him then that says alot about how he viewed your relationship and you as a person.
