my ex reached out and I truly believe he Is my person and decided to give him another chance. can’t lie i am very scared but have a lot of hope. I guess I am saying goodbye to this app that help me get through so much and thankful for all of your advice. wish me luck.

what made you feel like this time is actually different for him?
i’m glad you’re following what feels true for you. the only thing that helped me in a similar spot was moving slow and actually watching actions instead of promises. that kept me a little grounded.
i got back with someone i swore was “my person” too, and i remember that mix of fear and weird little hope living in my chest at the same time. it’s scary when your heart wants something your brain is side-eyeing. i really get it
