I didn't expected him to be home before I go to work. He was sleeping. He must be so tired.
update: he came to my work place helped me a little with packing boxes. drank my coffee. But didn't even said hi or anything.

did it feel like he was ignoring you on purpose or more like he was in his own world? just trying to understand how that moment landed for you.
he was doing it on purpose
i’m sorry, that kind of silence stings. when this happened to me, i tried to focus on what their actions were actually telling me instead of the story in my head. maybe give yourself a little distance today, even mentally. it helps more than it feels like.
i remember running into my ex at our old place and he acted like i was invisible. i kept telling myself “he’s just tired” too, even when it was actually him pulling away. it hurts in a very specific way when someone who used to light up around you won’t even say hi.
I swear saying hi won't hurt you please
Clear communication is vital in a relationship. His silence says a lot, just like his presence. Wait until tiredness is over and calmly let him know you were not expecting him. See what he says. Let him do most of the talking. Your silence can speak loud too.
he's my ex we broke up 4 months ago but he's still holding on to me. it was because of his family. I love him
