when you say you feel pressured, is it more about proving something to yourself, or worried about how he might react if you ignore him?
it’s okay to set boundaries even in your head. you don’t owe him a reply, and seeing if you can ignore him can help you understand your own limits.
unblocked him just to test myself, and every notification felt like a tiny earthquake. it’s exhausting but also kind of revealing
