We have been broke up since October we have talked off and on the whole time
He text me on Monday stating he never stopped loving me. I a few days later tell him I love him and would like to take baby steps to work it out and I get crickets nothing from him in days I don’t know what to think maybe I just need to move on I don’t know

when he texted about still loving you, did he seem consistent before going quiet, or was this out of nowhere? just curious how sudden the shift felt.
we had been talking on and off we would go a few days no contact then talk a little then no contact we are still talking today off and on but we have not talked about meeting up or getting back together so who knows
usually, when someone goes quiet after strong words, it’s a sign to pause. i found journaling or focusing on small self-care steps helped me decide if moving on was right.
my ex told me he still loved me, but when i tried to reconnect… silence. it HURT so much. the waiting game is brutal, and it’s okay to feel lost.
