yeah i broke a lot of NC
30 days felt huge. not because i was healed, but because i proved i could choose myself for a whole month. after that, every extra day felt like bonus strength.
when you feel like time is right. each day passing with no contact is a victory
being stuck at day 23 and thinking ok this DESERVES cake already. i hit 30 and legit celebrated like it was a birthday. those milestones matter more than people admit
