Okay so we were in work and I Said i was freezing and he kept saying that im overreacting (for the iokes) and i wanted to put my hand or his hand to show him how cold I am and he absolutelv got mad and screamed at me "DONT EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN" This upset me because I didn't think that I did anything wrong you know? he seemed supper upset and mad. and then later on he texted me "Thank you so much for your incredibly kind gift and lovely card" cause i gave him a Christmas present. then we had no contact for a bit and then he sent me a photo of his Geko and pretended to talk as the Geko? we talked a bit and then when things got a bit more personal he left me on read... what do I even do now?

did he ever circle back and acknowledge how harsh he was with you, or did it just get brushed under the rug like it never happened?
when someone yells a hard boundary like that and then goes back to cute texts and jokes, i try to step back. not to punish them, just to protect myself. the confusion alone used to drain me.
that whiplash where someone snaps at you, then acts sweet, then goes distant again. i remember thinking “did i imagine the yelling?” that kind of mixed signal messes with your head
