i crossed 11 day Mark
i have tried no contact before but always lost at 7 days mark
Last year I asked for a Christmas gift and he sent me a cheesecake (i told him to sent)but It was nice
in the first year we started dated we went to the church together and lit candles...he took a picture of our candles because they were touching and marked those...10 years he was my life....i don't know if he remembers me or I was just a way to pass his time till someone better comes along...we were supposed to marry after 9 years he said that and now he has refused to marry me and dating the girl he cheated on me with...i don't know who he is ...was i that easy to replace

i’m so sorry you’re going through this 💔 can i ask—have you been able to talk to someone about all these feelings? even just a friend or journal it out?
sometimes the hardest part is accepting that their choice says more about them than you. focusing on yourself and the little wins helps me get through days like this

It really isn't about you, it's about him.
Maybe, being with you required that they work on him, improve, etc. It's about his convenience and comfort.
He was just using a mask with you, now you see the real him when he doesn't need anything from you.
You have worth, you are valuable. Don't let people like that destroy or change that.
